Abstract

In this presentation, we will share the latest progress and future directions in the development of the open Process Design Kit (PDK). We will provide an overview of upcoming projects and a roadmap for new features such as PDK support for open source Radhard and RF designs. In addition, we will present a timeline for accessing free design area in IHP technology and explain the conditions and procedures for doing so.
