Abstract

While the spotlight often falls on TSMC, ASML, NVidia and the rest, the chips for servers, laptops and phones only account for around 30% of the market.

There is a substantial long tail where education, niche chip designs and open source tools will continue to make an impact.

In this keynote Matt will suggest an alternative to PPA, how we can build trust in open source tools and what the future holds for academia and training.
