Placement algorithms for standard cells in Coriolis

Standard cell placement and routing are the main design steps after logical synthesis. The placement quality will have an impact not only on performance, but on the ability of the routing algorithm to find feasible solutions. This talk will present an overview of the placement algorithms implemented in the Coriolis design flow.
