Abstract

IHP offers 0.13µm BiCMOS technology with very fast bipolar transistors (up to fT/fMax = 350GHz/450GHz) and MOS transistors for low and high voltage. To give a push for education and open source community itself, IHP will provide all needed information and will release an open source PDK for SG13G2 technology. At moment the preferred licence model was chosen - Apache 2.0 - and some preparation steps for PDK implementation itself was done. In this case first pycell are implemented. Next step is choosing a platform (e.g. git server) to make first thinks available for developers and users.
