Abstract

IHP offers 0.13µm BiCMOS technology with very fast bipolar transistors (upto fT/fMax = 350GHz/450GHz) and MOS transistors for low and high voltage. To give a push for education and open source community itself, IHP will provide all needed informations and will release an open source PDK for SG13G2 technology. At moment the prefered licence model was chosen - Apache 2.0 - and some preparation steps for PDK implementation itself was done. In this case first ypcell are implemented. Next step is choosing a platform (e.g. git server) to make first thinks available for developers and users.
