Abstract
CERN is currently finalizing the draft of the open hardware licence CERN OHL v2.
The second version should apply to more field that the first version. The main purpose of this talk is to present the draft (in general terms, I am not a lawyer) and to get feedback from as many people as possible. We really want it to address as many fields as possible, but we aren't expert in many domains.
